Our History

​

Synergy Academy began its journey on December 25, 2014, with just three students. The Director, Mr. Rajeev Arora, envisioned providing the best possible education to the new generation without succumbing to the overly professional and impersonal nature of corporate-style teaching. He believed in the original concept of a classroom—a collection of individuals with diverse mindsets—requiring personalized attention to address each student's unique challenges. To maintain this, he restricted class sizes to 30-35 students, ensuring one-on-one interaction between teachers and students.

To blend this traditional classroom approach with modern techniques and a positive learning atmosphere, Mr. Arora introduced his sons to the academy. Mr. Rahul Arora, the CEO and Academic Head, is a Physics educator with a B.Tech degree from BITS Pilani, while Mr. Abhishek Arora, the COO, is a Mathematics scholar with a B.Tech degree. Both brought their experience from various coaching classes to enrich Synergy Academy's educational framework.

Starting with no assets or external financial support, Mr Arora and his sons began their journey from a small space, driven by their commitment to honesty and student support. Their dedication, along with the collective hard work of students, teachers, and management, quickly led to remarkable results and recognition. Over time, Synergy Academy grew significantly, helping over 10000 students achieve their goals and placing more than 1500 students into IITs and 1000+ students into government medical colleges.
